September 27, 1968 – July 3, 2019Carl Forthman, 50, went to his heavenly home on July 3, 2019. Carl is survived by his father and step mom Joe and Jennett Forthman, his mother Kathy Lewis, a sister, Angie Deiss, two brothers, Keith Ekensiar and Jason Forthman, and his finance’, Brandon Sheldon. He is also survived by four daughters, Lacey Jo Hensley of Marvell, Arkansas, Tasha Rae Henry of Oklahoma, McKenzie Rose Forthman of Indiana and Alexandria of Indiana and three grandchildren and one on the way.
Services will be held Friday, July 5, 2019 at Freedom Church, 1361 Christian Ave., Noblesville, IN. Viewing will be from 11am to 1pm with funeral services at 1pm.
Carl will be laid to rest on Saturday, July 6, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Ratliff, Mississippi.
